Shipping & Returns

At Aisabobo, we strive to deliver your order in a fast and secure fashion. We carefully inspect each product and its packaging before handing it to our courier.​ Therefore, order processing time is normally 1-2 business days, we will email you a tracking number and official invoice for your order once they are couriered.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love shopping at Aisabobo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or return. Detailed instructions will be provided within 24 hours once we receive your email.

Please kindly note that only products purchased directly from the Aisabobo website can be returned or exchanged following the steps described below. If you purchased your Aisabobo products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.

Exchange

Email: info@aisabobo.com with “Exchange of your order number” as subject;
Exchange period: within 7 calendar days if your order is genuinely incorrect or damaged due to shipping; 14 calendar days if you want to exchange for a different size/colour of the same product;
Reason(s): please tell us the reason(s) you want to exchange the product(s) so we can improve;
Eligible products for exchange: must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with the original tags still attached, and in a perfect state of resale. Final sales products are not eligible for exchange;
Note: Return shipping is at your expense. For customers in Canada and USA, the return parcel must be received by us within 10 business days after the return instruction is sent. For international customers (non-Canada/USA), the return parcel must be received by us within 20 business days after the return instruction is sent.

Return

Email: info@aisabobo.com with “Return of your order number” as subject;
Return period: within 14 calendar days after you received your order(s);
Reason(s): please tell us the reason(s) you want to return the product(s) so we can improve;
Eligible products for return: must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with the original tags still attached, and in a perfect state of resale. Final sales products are not eligible for return;
Refunds: will be issued in the same method of payments as the original payment. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned product(s) is/are received and assessed at our warehouse. If you choose to receive online store credits instead, please indicate so in your email.
